Once order is placed strictly no cancellation or exchange for another product at any cause.
2. We will not accept the product return due to slight changes in colour as mild variation of the colour is possible due to digital photography and lightning. Handloom sarees threads pull and ink smudges will not be considered as damage.
3. Parcel opening video is must in case of any complaints. No complaint will be considered without parcel opening video . In case of any damage we can return or exchange if you send as opening video of parcel. Video should be captured in 360 degree from parcel opening to till end. ANY DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PARCEL.
4. We always check the sarees before dispatching. Even after that if there is any damage in the product, send the order number, name and parcel opening video to our whatsapp number +917603818230. We will contact you within 1-2 business days.
5. The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition with saree folding intact.
